2010/2011 Post UTME Screening Exercise

The UNIVERSITY OF UYO announces a screening exercise. Candidates who made the University their FIRST CHOICE in the UNIFIED TERTIARY MATRICULATION EXAMINATION (UTME AND  MADE A TOTAL SCORE OF 180 AND ABOVE. The schedule of the Post-UTME Screening exercise is as shown below:

	HOW TO APPLY
	Registration Period : Monday, July 26, 2010 – Sunday, 15th August 2010
1.	Eligible candidates will pay the sum of N1,000.00 (One thousand Naira) only and obtain a scratch card at any branch of the following banks nationwide

2.	Fill the screening form online at www.uniuyopume.org
	Scan your recent passport size with a red background on the form The same POST-UTME Scratch card will be used to check your results
3.	Come to the venue with the following:
	• A clear copy of Photo-card printed online
	•2010 JAMB (UTME) Slip
	•Two recent passport -size colour photographs with the name and the signature of the candidate written on the reverse side of the photograph
	•HB pencil, eraser, biro-pen, and non-programmable calculators.
	•No GSM handsets, calculators or any other extraneous  should be brought into the screening hall

Venue: Candidates for the screening test are to appear at the
CBN Auditorium, University of Uyo (town campus) on the day
and time scheduled for the Faculty of their First Choice

Closing date: The closing date for online application is Sunday, 15 August, 2010

NOTE:
• Candidates’ names and pictures on their JAMB results must
be same with what is filled on the Post UTME form

• Mobile phones, walkman, ipod and similar gadgets are
not allowed into the screening venue.

• Candidates are strongly advised to identify their screening
venues prior to the date of their screening as lateness to
venues will not be tolerated.

• Candidates must apply within the Registration period as the
Application form will be disabled at mid-night on Sunday, 15 August, 2010

• Candidates must report to Screening Venues by 8am and
12 noon for the morning and afternoon sessions respectively

• Parents and guardians as well as uninvited security agents
will not be allowed into the campus on the days of the screening exercise.
