Unilorin Expels 22 Students For Misconduct

In an effort to sanitise the university environment, the authorities of the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, have expelled twenty two students for various acts of misconduct. The students had appeared before the Students Disciplinary Committee (SDC) where they could not defend the allegations of misconduct leveled against them by the panel. 

The allegations include examination malpractices, theft, impersonation, belonging to unauthorized/unregistered associations and unruly behaviour, among others.

Some of the expelled students are Olaosebikan Taiwo Victoria (Counsellor Education), Ojo Veronica Bolanle (Law), Ogunleye Adeponle Adejoke (Law), Ogunleye Adeponle Adejoke (Agricultural Science) Sholaitan Olajide Adisa (History) Lawal Tolu Taofeek (Biochemistry) and   Ibikunle Muibat Ibilola (Anatomy).

Others are Oguntuwase Oluwaseun Abayomi (Physiology), Akolade Hammed Lanre (History) Ajisafe Tosin (Political Science), Kowontan Abidemi (History), Chibuogwu Oyeka Abraham (Physiology), Adebiyi Adebayo Hammed (Biochemistry), Agbaje Olawole Olugbenga (Biochemistry) and Arowosaye Shukrat Dupe (Biochemistry)
